How to check if your domain redirects are working?

If you recently requested that we forward your domains and they aren't redirecting to the website, check these steps.

You can check if your domain redirects are working by following these steps:

  1. Open a new browser window or tab.

  2. Type your domain name into the address bar without the 'https://' (ex: tryacme.com)

    • IMPORTANT: Do not include 'https://' before the domain, as our redirection is specifically set up through Namecheap URL forwarding services.

  3. Press Enter.

If your domain redirects are working, you will be redirected to the new URL.

If it does not redirect, please contact support and provide both the domains that are not redirect and the URL they should be redirected to.
