We currently don't support email forwarding because each forwarded email counts as an email sent, which negatively affected customers by forwarding even the warm-up emails and causing accounts to send hundreds of emails per day.


As a safety measure, we deactivated this feature. Instead, we recommend creating webhooks or using Zapier automations to send positive replies wherever you prefer. You can also reply with different email addresses within those tools, such as your main company email address if desired.
